Here’s a clip the liberal mainstream media will definitely be running over and over! Right? Of course! Wait. No?
In what has to be one of the most amazing gaffalicious quotes of 2013 if not the past several years, Democratic Senate Leader Harry Reid got flustered by… a sensible question; then oozed brain poo on national TV for at least a couple minutes.
This oozing of brain poo happens to Democrats whenever they’re suddenly asked a hard question, because they’re entirely unused to that. They’re utterly ill-prepared for that.
Watch as even the goons standing beside him on the stage (Sens. Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) and Patty Murray (D-Wash.)) could feel the heat rising from what passes for his head, and you can hear them quietly trying to help him out and fill in the blanks in his head.
Here’s the article at Breitbart.com:
Reid on Saving One Child Through Funding Compromise: ‘Why Would We Want to Do That?’
And of course that leads to some more excellent questions, in light of the fact that CNN has not done what they’re obviously obligated to do, in order to properly inform Americans with regard to the crass politics being played by the left in America: That is to rebroadcast that clip over, and over, and over again, so that Americans understand the hideous, careless, politics being played by Democrats. Failure to do this would indicate that the media are also playing politics, which leads us to confirm that fact that CNN and other mainstream media are indeed nothing more than political shills for Obama:

In other circumstances, like if he were a Republican, Harry Reid's cancer quote would be the key soundbite of 2013.

I’ve still not seen the clip played by CNN yet. And no media is talking about it. (Small update: WaPo hints at it in a little blog post, without making it the national story of they day, which they would have had Speaker Boehner or Minority Leader Mitch McConnell — or, God forbid, Sarah Palin — had said it.)
I’ll bet they’re all asking him for “clarification,” or pleading with him to “put it another way,” thus rendering it “needless” to run that “old” clip, on the basis that’s it not “in context,” and/or it’s “old news,” and/or the old canard they use whenever they don’t want to tell you a story: “it’s a local story.”

Unbelievable. And by the way, is there on o’ them “war on children” by the Democrats now? No? That’s weird. Do the Dems “hate” children now? No? huh! Strange!
